Ballet
Summer Term 1
The class will start with a sequence of exercises at the barre aimed at building muscle strength, finding balance and developing flexibility.
You will then move to the centre to test the technique and enjoy the freedom of moving through space. Towards the end of class, you will learn a movement sequence that will be developed and added to each week.
This is a general level class for all. There will be varying levels of difficulty for each exercise, allowing you to set your own pace.
Teaching this term is Jacqueline Coombs, Malgorzata Dzierzon and Renaud Wiser.

Renaud Wiser
Born in Switzerland , Renaud Wiser trained in ballet and contemporary in Geneva . For the last 10 years, Renaud has worked as a dancer for many prestigious companies across Europe including the Ballet National de Marseille in France , the Gothenburg Ballet in Sweden and Rambert Dance Company in London . Now a freelance dance artiste, Renaud is also developing his interest for choreography and presents his own work in the UK and abroad.
