Suitable for everyone from complete beginners to the more experienced.

This class teaches Scaravelli influenced techniques - a gentle approach to yoga which focusses on breathing, stretching and strengthening to discover greater balance and harmony in the body and a feeling of wellbeing.

Perfect for relaxation and reducing stress while also improving strength, flexibility, muscle tone and posture.

Additional info

Mats are provided, or you can bring your own if you prefer.

Wear comfortable clothing that you can move freely in.

    Ann Ballard

    Ann has over 25 years teaching experience with both mainstream and special needs students. She danced with Amici Dance Company for over 12 years, during which time she led workshops with community groups on behalf of the company. Ann trained to teach yoga from 1990 - 1991 with teachers who were all inspired by working directly with Vanda Scaravelli. More recently Ann qualified with the Pilates Foundation UK Ltd. at Laban, where she also currently teaches.
