Dance for Wellbeing

Greenwich Dance believes that dancing is one of the best ways to stay healthy. It keeps us physical and active - using holistic approaches to movement using the whole body and all of our muscle groups. It helps us to build confidence and self esteem through the accomplishment of new skills, it's fun and it offers us an outlet for our creativity.

What they say about us

quote marks

I feel at home coming to the session. I can let myself go and can channel all my creativity, nurtured by such an exceptional teacher

Belinda, Dancing to the Music of Time Participant

“There’s just this energy where you will come in and just start creating and bounce off different ideas with different people”

Sharni, Lotus Company Member

There are a few dance styles that I would love to explore more in depth in the future as dance is a universal language connecting people and places and promoting wellbeing and a sense of belonging. I am very grateful for this gift and I will never stop learning and practising. Thank you Greenwich Dance!

Ariella

Today I had my first contemporary dance class with Greenwich Dance and it felt amazing! (I mean I'm terrible at it, but I had so much fun). Thanks for offering dance classes at such affordable rates
