COMING SOON to a park near you, Stride on Time is a brand-new activity designed to get you moving post-lockdown. Come and rediscover the outdoors with our weekly social walks. Increase your physical exercise and improve your mental health with our gentle guided walks, lightly influenced by dance movement.
Led by experienced dance artists, Maria Ghoumrassi and Lizzie Fort, each walk will include a warm-up to awaken your body, a walk to get you moving and a chance to socialise with other people from your local area.
Each walk starts at a community centre and takes place in a park or local area. Join us after for a cup of tea and a catch up with friends.
Stride On Time starts from week commencing 26th April in the following areas:
Charlton: Thursdays 14:00-15:30
Woolwich: Mondays 14:00-15:30
Middle Park: Mondays 14:00-15:30
Abbey Wood: Tuesdays 14:00-15:30
