Vacancy: Join our Reception team

We're looking for a part-time receptionist to join the team at Greenwich Dance.
We're looking for receptionists who are well organised, have an excellent knowledge of dance and a strong enthusiasm for working with our guests – participants, audiences, artists and general hirers. You will be self-motivated, friendly and efficient, with a good knowledge of computer systems. You will have excellent communication skills and will be able to deal with complex queries from our guests and the general public.
You will be the first point of contact for all visitors and callers to Greenwich Dance – answering queries on our Creative Programme, taking bookings and discussing general hires. You will oversee the presentation of the Front of House area and assist with the smooth running of Greenwich Dance’s activities.
- Saturdays: 9am - 3.30pm (term time only)
- Sundays: Either 9am - 3pm or 2.30pm - 8.30pm
- A minimum of 5 hours between Monday - Friday, at a mutually convenient time.
- To 31 March 2018 initially, with potential to extend.
- £7.50-£9.00 per hour
