Professional Class: Kerry Biggin
Kerry teaches a Cunningham influenced class, focusing on articulation and clarity of movement. The class begins with exercises building strength, co ordination and technique. This builds to choreographic phrases that play on the contrast between sculptural movement and dynamic shifts using weight, breath, change of direction and shifting in space. Drawing from her experience with New Adventures there is an emphasis on performance practice throughout.

Thrilling, audacious, witty and emotional, Swan Lake is perhaps still best known for replacing the female corps-de-ballet with a menacing male ensemble, which shattered conventions, turned tradition upside down and took the dance world by storm.
