Professional Class: Megan Armishaw

23 - 25 April
Morning Professional Class: 10:30-12:00 (£5.50)

Megan's classes draw on principals of release technique incorporating deep anatomical explorations, image based work and set movement material . Improvisation is used as a tool to move through solo work into duet/group moving and set material. These classes will focus on tuning our awareness to connection, bringing focus into present experience and seeking clarity of form. Classes are open to experienced disabled and non-disabled movement practioners. We will dance with rigorous questions, to be in dialogue with ourselves and others, and to have fun!
