Professional Class: Toby Fitzgibbons

The class will have a dynamic released based feel, using phrases and choreographic sequences to warm up the body and mind, systemically. Fundamentals including the core, use of weight and breath will be worked on throughout. The class will incorporate floor work, traveling, jumps and phrases. A sense of flow, connection with ourselves and others and tuning will be the key themes of the week.

"I hope we can share good feelings, fun and some hard work. The teachers, choreographers and collaborations that I have worked with over my career have all left their mark on me, and I let this influence me fusing this to my class work whilst bring my own story and flavour. I love watching people grow and I'm excited by visceral kinaesthetic dance energy!"
