Greenwich Dance’s programme for 0-18 year olds offers a range of activity to support your child’s development at every stage.

Greenwich Dance offers creative dance classes for babies, toddlers and pre-school children on Saturdays at The Borough Hall. Each Skip Hop Create class is specially tailored to the age group with an emphasis on play and creativity, providing an inspiring and social environment for young children to grow.
For children 12 and under
Greenwich Dance offers high energy Hip Hop classes that give under 12s the chance to be creative through movement. There are classes at The Borough Hall and out in the Borough, including The Tramshed in Woolwich.
For 13–18 year olds
NRgDANCE is a dance programme for young people aged 13-18, teaching Hip Hop and Street Dance. There are classes taking place in secondary schools and youth centres across Greenwich and at our home The Borough Hall.
It offers the opportunity to work with professional Hip Hop artists and choreographers, learn how to express yourself creatively, challenge yourself and get the chance to perform.
Young women have the power to shape their own future and transform both their own lives and the communities in which they live. Limitless is a creative leadership programme for females aged 13-19 currenly running at St Paul’s Academy and Thomas Tallis Schools. It offers young women the opportunity to engage with professional and inspirational women in dance, learn about leadership, increase physical activity levels and challenge themselves to create a presentation for the public.
Lotus Youth Dance Company
A dynamic Hip Hop dance company for young people aged between 13 – 18 years who live or go to school in South East London. Open auditions take place in September and the company meet weekly at The Tramshed in Woolwich. This group is supported by Greenwich and Lewisham Young People’s Theatre and Greenwich Dance and is led by dance artist Colleen Joseph.
