Schools

Greenwich Dance believe in the importance of a rounded cultural eduaction, and we work with schools to provide tailor-made projects to meet the needs of the school and enhance learning across the curriculum at all Key Stages. Alternatively schools can pick from our project menu below which includes after school dance clubs, performance projects and one-off workshops.

We can also provide information about progression opportunities, and are happy to talk to colleges and HEI's about work placement experiences for passionate students wanting to get an insight into the way an organisation like ours functions behind the scenes!

"Greenwich Dance is a fantastic organisation to work with, I am always impressed with the quality, expertise and creativity of the offer to Royal Greenwich schools. Their expertise and delivery of training for primary school teachers is excellent. Teachers and school staff benefit greatly from their expertise. Increased teacher confidence and understanding of the dance and creative curriculum is always positively impacted upon after any Greenwich Dance course."
Michelle Moore, Head of Partnerships and Development, Children's Services, Royal Borough of Greenwich

“Dance is a vehicle for creativity and expression that the children cannot access in other areas of the curriculum or life.”
Jamie Olney, Sherington Primary School**

All of our classes are inclusive but please do contact us if you want to talk about how we can make a class or project most welcoming for your students.
