Head over to Cygnet Square after school or work for Summer Sessions, a Friday evening Skate Jam!

Curated with support from Frankie J and Vibes On Vibes, Summer Sessions take place on Friday evenings in Cygnet Square. The skate jams are free to attend and join in, we just ask that you sign up in advance if you want to skate.

In addition to the Skate Jam, we’re also excited to be joined by Firefly Fitness UK, who create empowering dance workshops for women.

What to expect:

  • Join in a skate skills session led by Sourgrapism, open to all levels
  • Join, share or watch skating skills in our jam session
  • Enjoy the music vibes
  • Watch a performance from Firefly Fitness UK.
  • Bringing little ones? Join Lewis in the playground for Move and Play or visit TACO’s Hundred Club playground design stall.
  • Get merch or visit Vibes On Vibes‘ customisation station.
  • Browse stalls from Brighter Futures, Metro GAVS, Peabody and Cheezzzin body creams.

Tatiana Firefly Fitness

Tatiana is the CEO of Firefly Fitness UK. She is a Fitness and Motivational Coach who uses fitness and creativity to cultivate classes that are varied, effective and uplifting. She started Firefly Fitness UK over 5 years ago and it has enabled here to work in partnership with local community organisations allowing her to bring classes to more people in need. She works with families, older persons, pre and postnatal women and children. She is also a podcaster and performing arts tutor.

My name is Nadia O’Garro aka Sourgrapism. I am a member of The Next Chapter which is a skate group. I have been teaching rhythm and routine skating around the world for over 8 years. I love to inspire people around me by sharing my experiences and by skating. Skating is a consistent part of my life and I enjoy every part of it.

Vibes On Vibes

Vibes on Vibes is a collective of skaters that unite our community with our positive outreach and by providing safe spaces to exercise, meet new people, and learn new skills through our “good vibes” events.
We are made up of a wide age range of individuals which helps to further initiate a strong familial bond based on shared experiences, moral support and unity.

Lewis Sharp

Lewis is a professional dancer with training from The BRIT School and Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music and Dance. Highlights of Lewis’s career include dancing for Garsington Opera, The V&A Museum, Glastonbury Festival, and creating his own work. Lewis has an extensive amount of working within education and community settings that include Trinity Laban, Royal Academy of Dance, DanceWest, and The Royal Ballet School. His approach to dance is to make it inclusive, exploratory, playful and fun! He aims for everyone to have a taste of creative dance with no expectation of it being so serious! Lewis is really excited to be returning to this project with Greenwich Dance!
