Get ready to experience the joy of live performance once more as Temujin Gill’s Grounded Movement bring their dance and rap show to your doorstep.

Specially designed to be performed on the pavement outside your home, this bite-sized show is based on the company’s cutting-edge production Ragtime to Grime which was originally developed in collaboration with the late hip hop artist Ty.

Featuring original music by Nick Ramm, this show marks Black History Month by exploring the stories of troubled young people mentally adrift and disenfranchised from history. It highlights the cathartic impact of music, and the power this has to anchor us in our own lives. Don’t miss out on this passionately told, thought-provoking dance-theatre show that both inspires and entertains.

The company, touring Greenwich from 10th – 24 October will be in a different location each day and audience are encouraged to book the show for their own household.

The show is offered on a pay-what-you-can basis and all box office proceeds will be shared between the freelance company of performers, choreographer and production manager in addition to their weekly wages in support of the artistic communities who have seen their livelihoods evaporate during this pandemic.

But hurry…..there are 30 shows (and therefore only 30 tickets) to be had and demand will be high

Book here selecting the show date and area nearest you, pick a time and pay what you can.

And if you can’t get yourself a slot don’t worry…. we will be hosting Facebook Live events through out the tour in addition to screening a fill length edit of the show filmed across multiple locations on our Digital Stage. In addition we will be publishing supporting material and creative inspiration on our blog.
