**Life in Lockdown is a blog series initiated by Greenwich Dance which features community and professional artists close to the organisation sharing how they are staying creative during these isolating times.

The artists have been asked to log their day-to-day activity during lockdown. Heres a look at Artists Kristina and Sadé’s week! **

Kristina and Sadé are Co-artistic directors of Alleyne Dance based in London. Over the past six years they have built and developed the company, striving for high quality and excellence as they deliver their two main objectives; performance and education work. Alleyne Dance Workshops are taught internationally in over 18 countries through festivals, institutions, companies and venues.

Alleyne Dance have been connected to Greenwich Dance for 15 years. From a student taking regular workshops, earlier professionals maintaining their technique to leading professional artist deliver professional workshops and classes. Greenwich Dance were the host for Alleyne Dance Intensive 2017, where over 30 international artist travelled to London to participate in a week of training.

MONDAY

When we are no longer able to change a situation, we are challenged to change ourselves.

TUESDAY

Fear keeps us focused on the past or worried about the future. If we can acknowledge our fear, we can realise that right now we are okay. Grateful for where I am… Excited for where I am going…

WEDNESDAY

The most beautiful things in the world cannot be seen or even touched, they must be felt with the heart.

THURSDAY

The Bird Who Dares To Fall.. Is The Bird Who Learns How To Fly.
