Created in a three-week-long COVID-compliant residency at Kaatsbaan Cultural Park in Tivoli, NY, When We Fell was filmed in 16mm at NYCB’s Lincoln Center home, co-directed by choreographer Kyle Abraham and cinematographer Ryan Marie Helfant. Watch the full film until 22 April on NYCB’s YouTube channel.

Why Dance? was a feasibility study to measure long term outcomes of a community dance class for people with Parkinson’s using the Parkinson’s Dance Science approach, with a second aim to explore what long term impact a community dance class might have on quality of life for people with Parkinson’s.
