Come along to Cygnet Square and find your flow. Join an open air Tai Chi – QiGong session this Spring! Join local Thamesmead Tai Chi group experts, Leslie and Wendy,  as they demonstrate the traditional form of QiGong, Baduanjin and the 24 form Tai Chi Chuan.

This gentle exercise is a great way of building core strength, relieving stress and improving posture. Breathe deep, make new friends and relax in the beautiful setting of Southmere Lake at Cygnet Square.

What to expect

  • There are no instructions in this session, just turn up and follow the leader
  • This is an outdoor session
  • Music with pre recorded instruction will be played
  • Take part and follow graceful, flowing movement
  • Meet other Tai Chi enthusiasts
