Greenwich Dance is looking for passionate and creative Thamesmead residents to help plan the Gallions Park Picnic and Summer Sessions in Cygnet Square.
The Gallions Park Picnic is an annual family event featuring performances, workshops and stalls. If you have some ideas, we’d love to hear them so that we can make these events truly reflective of the communities in Thamesmead.
Summer Sessions in Cygnet Square are new for 2023! These will be three Friday early evenings in July and could include dance performances, live music and more. If you’ve got a creative idea about how to animate the square, know a local performer or want to recommend a local business, we want to work with you!

The event was wonderful. It was great to see all the children laughing - the theatre in particular was fantastic and the dancers giving the children lessons.
