Our work is informed by good practice from the falls prevention teams, and you can take part in the session seated or standing.

What to expect

Each week you will;
• take part in a seated warm up checking in with your breathing and body
• learn movement led by an artist
• play and improvise with movement ideas
• be inspired by your location and surroundings
• create and share
• appreciate and feedback

Sessions will run on the following dates:

Wed 11 Oct
Wed 25 Oct
Wed 8 Nov
Wed 22 Nov
Wed 6 Dec

We partner with Middle Park Friends at Middle Park Community Centre. They invite you to stay for lunch afterwards and continue the connections and friendships.

Our Dance for Wellbeing programme has a pick your price fee structure. It is for adults/older adults and will always be free for those who need it. However, if you are able to contribute to the running of these sessions we would be very grateful.
