Join our weekly session of creative movement. Our session aims to improve your mental and physical wellbeing in an inclusive and fun environment.

These sessions will allow you to refocus your energy, deepen your connection to your body and leave you feeling confident, energised and grounded.

What to expect

Each week you will;

  • take part in a seated warm-up checking in with our breathing and body
  • explore and play with movement ideas led by an artist
  • create and share
  • appreciate and feedback

You can do as much or as little as you are able to in our inclusive and accessible session.  Stay for a cup of tea afterwards
